Deep in the woods of the Allegheny National Forest,
the Yeany Family has worked vigorously to bring you the best maple syrup possible since 2004. Yeany’s Maple is a family owned 4000 tap maple syrup farm. It is run by Dave and Zenobia Yeany. During the season, help is hired to complete the tasks of woods preparation and tree tapping. While our beginning was with buckets, we are now a modern operation that consists of tubing ,vacuum, Reverses Osmosis, and an efficient wood fired evaporator. With this modern equipment we can obtain the flavor and quality we strive for!
Along with our Maple syrup and maple value added products, we also produce a line of pepper jams and fruit jams. We also make various relishes, pickles and other traditional canned products from the garden and orchards.
